Worried about cracks or floors?
We assess homes that are cracking, moving or have uneven floors, and tell you what is happening and what it means. This is what we look at, and how.

Every crack is measured and classified against AS 2870, so you know whether it is cosmetic or structural, and what is driving it.

A floor level survey across the home shows where it has moved and by how much, in millimetres. It is included in every report.

Cracks from window and door corners, and frames that bind, are often the first sign of movement. We trace them back to the cause.

Thermal imaging shows water that cannot be seen. Leaks under slabs and in walls are a common cause of footing movement.

The camera also picks up gaps in the wall frame and missing insulation, without opening a wall.
